Brian graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelor of Science in Journalism in 1984.  Started  insurance career with Prudential and then MetLife.   Moved back to Ohio in 2002 and joined BAC as Vice President.   Assumed President title with death of John J. Dugan in 2003.  34 years in the insurance business. Wife Melanie and resides in Troy, Ohio.

Alanna has held the positions of administrative / executive assistant and office manager for over 30 years with companies in the airline and housing industry.  The last 14 years have been with BAC in an administrative position along with client services.  She lives in Troy, OH and when not working enjoys boating, bicycling and gardening.

Kelsey is a former Marine, has held various customer relation positions, from her own transportation company, to the restaurant industry, and a little bit of everything in between. She currently lives in Gettysburg, and when she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, and cosplaying at Comic-Cons.

Michael graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2008 with a Bachelors Degree and Bluffton University in 2015 with an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Management.  Started his insurance career in 2008 with Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield in Cincinnati then Columbus.  Moved to Troy and joined Benefits Analysis Corporation in 2011.  Lives in Troy with his wife Lauren and 2 daughters- Julia and Claire.

Randy lives in Eaton Ohio and has been in the insurance business for 37 years.  Randy has a B.A. in Economics/Business from Bethany College in Bethany ,WV
